To The Point Software has released a new version of The Fontz X, their font viewer and organizer for Mac OS X. The new version, 3.5.5, is ready for download now.
With The Fontz X, you can look at fonts that are both installed and uninstalled; check them in different type sizes, styles and colors, and group them in categories. You can also print out fonts.
The Fontz X v3.5.5 adds support for Mac OS X v10.3 “Panther,” and also adds new features include a customizable font links list, “smart” windows that remember their sizes and position, rearranged controls on the Quick Fontz browser, and a preference option that enables The Fontz X to automatically check for new updates at launch.
The Fontz X costs US$10, but this update is free for registered users.
