If you’ve attended a few Macworld Expo shows, you’ve probably heard about the Hess Memorial Events List, a comprehensive compilation of every press conference, party, author signing, user group gathering, cool booth stunt, and other special events happening at Macworld. It’s been around for 8 years and 15 shows, and it’s back for next week’s Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco. This time it’s sponsored by Bare Bones Software, Small Dog Electronics, and EazyDraw.
List owner Ilene Hoffman — who took it over when its originator, MacWeek writer Robert Hess, passed away — notes that Internet happenings are also included, so she encourages those who aren’t attending the show to also take a look. If you’d like to register for future event list updates, you can do so on the user registration page of her Web site.
