Planning to attend the Florida Education Technology Conference (FETC) ? The show, which opens January 22 in Orlando, is the annual showcase for a wide variety of educational solutions that utilize technology, and Apple subsidiary FileMaker Inc. will be on hand to display their database solutions aimed at K-12 teachers and administrators.
Under the banner “Make the grade with FileMaker K-12 database solutions,” the company will showcase five products: CourseWizard, which tracks class registration and attendance from any Web browser; Dragon Web Surveys, which enables Web-based surveys; ESD Manager, a tool for Exceptional Student Department managers; GradeWrite, an application that allows instructors to track grades and generate reports; and The Solution, which helps with the creation of Academic Improvement Plans.
In addition, FileMaker will demo its own FileMaker 6 products, including the new FileMaker Meetings and FileMaker Tasks. And anyone who stops by the company’s booth (#1201) during FETC can register to win free copies of FileMaker Pro 6.
