Tonight’s edition of the Your Mac Life Internet radio show features “Our Mac Story,” Superman and one of the original developers of the Mac — Bruce Horn.
DC Comics’ Action Comics issue 811 includes Karl Kerschel’s artwork, which references Your Mac Life. Kerschel, a “Macaholic,” will be on Wednesday’s show to discuss how Macs factor into the creation of his work.
It’s the 20th anniversary of the Mac, and scheduled to talk with host Shawn King this evening is Bruce Horn, to discuss his role in the development of the Macintosh, what those days were like and what he’s up to these days.
“Our Mac Story” is another anniversary-related segment — Shawn and crew will be going over the stories of how listeners first got their experience with the Mac as well. If you have your own testimonial, e-mail them, and they’ll read the best ones tonight.
MacCentral and Macworld’s Peter Cohen will talk with game maker 21-6 Productions Inc. President Justin Mette not only about what’s going with their titles — including Orbz and the forthcoming futuristic bike racing game GravRally — but what else is happening these days with indie game publisher GarageGames, a relatively new Mac game publishing powerhouse that produces original content. As always, Your Mac Life encourages listeners to send in questions for their guests.
If you feel like chatting with other listeners while the show happens, log on to World Without Borders or join the irc.netmug.org IRC server and connect to the #yourmaclife channel.
