Need more juice for your iPod? Battery Technology, Inc. (BTI) recently announced The iPod Battery, which provides up to 40 hours of play or download time, regardless of the condition of the original internal battery. It comes with interchangeable cradles for the original and 3G iPods, but it doesn’t work with iPod Mini.
The iPod Battery also comes with a charger, an on/off switch to help conserve power, a belt clip, and a USB port that you can use to charge cell phones and PDAs. It also charges the iPod’s internal battery when you place it in its cradle.
BTI is offering free shipping within the U.S. and Canada for this $99.95 accessory.
