Apple on Friday released an update to Final Cut Express, its mid-range video editing software. The new version can be downloaded from Apple’s Web site now, if you have your serial number.
Changes to the updated version — v2.0.2 — include changes to the user interface and window displays, documentation, and user preferences, according to Apple.
Also fixed in this release are issues with audio and video syncing through FireWire, Timeline editing functionality, and capturing long clips.
Apple strongly recommends Final Cut Express 2.0.2 for all users.
