Sharp Systems of America recently announced two new additions to its LCD monitor line-up: the 20-inch UXGA LL-T2015, which is aimed at professionals, and the 19-inch SXGA LL-191A, which was designed for business and consumer use. Both monitors feature 16ms response time, which allow sharper delineation of high data or quickly moving images without latency or ghosting. They’re available immediately.
The 20-inch LL-T2015 features resolution up to 1600 x 1200 as well as 8-bit gamma correction technology for better reproduction of true colors. It also offers three display modes: Office, which lowers the brightness, as well as power consumption; Vivid, for photo-realistic images; and Standard, which displays colors from the original sRGB standard of LCD monitors. The suggested retail price is US$1,299.
The 19-inch LL-191A features resolution up to 1280 x 1024. It also offers Office, Vivid, and Standard display modes, and it comes with two built-in stereo speakers, which are hidden from view. The suggested retail price is $699.
