March 1st is collection day for Garbage Software; the new Mac OS X developer is announcing itself and has release two new software applications — GarbagePickup and GarbageIP.
GarbagePickup lets users make “index.html” files for the contents of folders. The software works using Drag & Drop, and costs US$2 to register. A demo that indexes the first five items in a folder is available for download. You can use GarbagePickup to post file lists for content you’re sharing using Web Sharing or a Web server, for example.
GarbageIP is a free application that lets you see your external IP address in the menu bar and copy it.
