The Australian Apple University Consortium (AUC) is offering Australian university staff and students a chance to attend the 2004 Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC).
Separate from Apple’s recently announced WWDC scholarship program, this plan offers full time staff and students of an Australian AUC University to come to San Francisco in June to attend WWDC. The scholarship recipients will receive a free WWDC e-ticket, as well as a financial subsidy to help cover the cost of airfare to and from San Francisco and accommodations.
An application is available from the Australian AUC Web site. Applications must be submitted by April 2, 2004.
WWDC is Apple’s annual gathering of Mac hardware and software developers from around the globe. This year’s event features more than 120 sessions broken into seven major tracks: Application Technologies, Development Tools, Enterprise IT, Graphics and Media, Hardware Technologies, OS Foundations and QuickTime Digital Media.
