iSkin Inc. announced Thursday that they will roll out the iSkin mini, a version of their eXo2 iPod protector especially designed for Apple’s newly shipping iPod mini.
The iSkin mini surrounds the iPod mini in silicone to help protect against damage and scratches. The back is equipped with “pores” to dissipate heat, while the side sports “goosebumps” to help keep a firm grip. It doesn’t block the iPod’s top interface and integrates dock connector port cover. It incorporates a clear screen protector that lets you see the iPod’s display. It also sports the RevoClip, a belt clip that allows users to rotate the iPod mini without removing it.
The new iSkin mini will be available in various colors including glow in the dark shades and a frosted transparent clear version, if you’d like to see the color of your iPod mini. It can also be customized with logos, Web addresses or marketing messages as part of iSkin’s Tattoo service.
The iSkin mini will be available in late March for US$24.99.
