UK-based Mac game publisher Feral Interactive has updated its Web site with news and info about its collection of games. The company has been updating its site each Friday quite regularly for several weeks now.
This week’s news includes word on Chessmaster 9000, the forthcoming conversion of the enormously popular PC chess game. A new mini-Web site features some background on the game, a description of key features and clippings from press reviews of the PC version. Feral promises to update the site with more content next week.
Feral also updated its Worms 3D mini-site with two new desktop wallpaper sets for the game and a new movie showing a worm in action. Worms 3D is the long-awaited 3D version of Team 17’s rollicking action/strategy game featuring, well, worms.
Feral also indicated that updates for four of its existing demo games are going to be available from Macgamefiles.com today. Those include Warrior Kings, Ghost Master, Total Immersion Racing and Rayman 3. The updated demos sport the same performance improvements and other changes noted in the actual release game updates offered a week ago.
