Apple on Monday announced that its iTunes Music Store has seen more than 50 million songs purchased and downloaded since its launch last year. That figure doesn’t include songs redeemed through Pepsi’s iTunes promotion. Apple has made other deals in the past few months with Target, Hewlett-Packard and AOL to push the service cross-platform.
