Apple Retail Stores are now
to talk with Apple Geniuses at their Genius Bars. As MacCentral reported last week, users of Apple’s new
service can actually reserve a specific date and time to talk with a Genius, while others can simply hold a space in line using this new reservation system.
The online reservation system asks you to choose from a selection of help criteria. You’re then asked to fill in a form more specifically identifying what you’ll need help with — your name will appear on displays behind the Genius Bar when you’re one of the next five customers to be helped.
Once it’s filled in, the Web site tells you what the current wait time is and makes a suggestion for what time you should get to the Genius Bar for help.
