Yarra Valley Software Inc. on Tuesday released iMagine Video, a new Mac OS X application that automates image processing and movie creation using AppleScript. The software incorporates all the functionality of Yarra Valley’s previously released iMagine Photo but adds movie editing capabilities as well.
iMagine Video lets you import and export images and movies, manipulate images and process them using QuickTime. It adds imaging and drawing functionality to AppleScript, and leverages Quartz and QuickDraw. You can use it to watermark images, set copyright and author metadata, scale and control file sizes, specify QuickTime data compression, flatten exported movie data to play on non-Mac computers and more.
iMagine Video is available for US$54 until April 22, 2004 when the price will rise to $81.
