Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference won’t just be a venue to learn about the latest Macintosh technology — it’s also a social gathering and networking event for developers. Apple has posted details about the after hours activities planned for the June conference.
The WWDC Exhibit Fair will feature an opening reception hosted by the Apple Developer Connection (ADC) on Monday, the first day of the show. The Apple Design Awards ceremony follows on Tuesday with an event called Stump The Experts. And on Wednesday, Birds of a Feather community meetings encourage like-minded developers to mix; afterwards there’s a Movie Night with pizza and popcorn. And the annual Apple Campus Bash happens on Thursday, where WWDC attendees are invited to come to Apple’s Cupertino campus to share food and conversation with Apple’s hardware and software teams.
WWDC 2004 happens at the Moscone West Conference Center in San Francisco, Calif. The event runs from June 28 – July 2, 2004.
