{“If you’re the type who hates to remove your hands from the keyboard to move from application to application or you’d like an easy way to automatically type boilerplate text, a new application from Rampell Software may tickle your fancy.
That application is the $20 “,”. The idea is pretty simple. With SureType installed, just type a short word into whatever text-aware application you’re using followed by a character and wonderful things happen.
For example, typing mail launches a copy of Apple’s Mail (you can change the mail shortcut to open any email client of your choosing). Type address and your address is automatically entered. Type google and your default web browser opens and transports you to Google. Type supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and, if you’ve configured the program to type such boilerplate text, the libretto to Mary Poppins appears.
I haven’t tested SureType thoroughly and this is version 1 software so there may be an anomaly or two, but after my brief tour of the program I think it’s well worth downloading the 14-day trial and taking it for a spin. “}
