1. There are a load of Windows viruses out there that invade a PC’s email client and relay cootie-bearing missives to those listed within the address book of the infected computer.
2. These viruses spoof the address of the alleged sender of the infected message.
Given that, is there any reason on earth why ISPs are still bouncing infected messages?
