Listen Later ‘speaks’ text to files

LAJ Design has released Listen Later 1.0, a new application that uses your Mac’s text-to-speech capabilities to turn text files into audio that you can listen to from itunes, an iPod or audio CD. It imports text, PDF, HTML or inputted text files, and can import single files or multiple chapters. Listen Later requires Mac OS X or Windows and costs US$23.50 to register.
