Freeverse Software added another title to their ever-expanding library of board games today with the release of Squabble, in which players use a shared pool of letters to make words, while “stealing” each other’s words if they can improve upon them. Squabble supports solo and network play for up to 10 players (it supports Freeverse’s free GameSmith game matching service). Squabble runs on Mac OS X or Mac OS 8.6 or higher and costs US$19.95 to register. A downloadable demo version is available.
