British developer Realmac Software announced on Monday the release of RapidWeaver 2.2. The new version of its Web design tool adds support for framed sites, Flash, styled content, Cascade Style Sheets (CSS) menus and more. In addition, RapidWeaver 2.2 offers bug fixes and four new CSS themes. This is a free upgrade for owners of version 2.0 or higher, while new users pay US$29.95 for a license. A demo that places watermarks over all buttons until registered is available for download from the Realmac Software Web site. RapidWeaver 2.2 requires Mac OS X v10.3 or higher, Safari and 5MB hard drive space.
