Wincent on Thursday released Synergy, a utility designed to work with iTunes that puts play controls in your menu bar and also provides visual feedback about the currently playing song. It can display album covers and also provides system-wide iTunes control using hot key combinations. Synergy costs €5 to register by PayPal or US$10 to register by Kagi.
