Odessa, Ukraine-based BeLight Software — makers of Business Card Composer — will in the coming weeks release Mail Factory, a new product that enables users to print envelopes, address and shipping labels. It integrates with data from Apple Address Book, Microsoft Entourage and other sources.
With Mail Factory you can print multiple labels and envelopes, print addresses to any sized envelope, use international address formats and print POSTNET barcodes on labels and envelopes to help expedite delivery. You can also insert custom images with your company logo or other graphics, or use dozens of ready-made designs that are already built in. BeLight is including more than 500 clipart images, and you can apply masks to them to give them a more customized look.
What’s more, Mail Factory supports Dymo and LabelWriter printers and labels from most popular label companies, including Avery, APLI, AOne, Herma and more. Also, the software lets you choose the position of the label that you’re printing to, so you can re-use partially used label sheets.
Mail Factory will cost US$29.95, and the company plans to release a trial version soon. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.2 or higher.
