If Then Software has released DeskLapz, a utility for Mac OS X v10.3 or higher that provides users with up-to-the-minute images recorded by Webcams on the beach, in the mountains, and elsewhere. DeskLapz’s developer said the inspiration was “Sundial,” an old Mac utility that displayed time-lapse video over a 24 hour span. DeskLapz comes with three cameras unlocked; making a donation to If Then Software unlocks seven other cameras.
