Native Instruments noted Monday that its B4D Controller is now shipping to retail stores worldwide. It’s a MIDI-based drawbar controller designed to work with Native’s B4 organ synth — created to emulate the classic Hammond B3 tone wheel organ. The controller sports a wood casing, nine mechanical drawbars, two rotary knobs and 22 buttons. The B4D Controller costs US$449 or $559 bundled with the “Vintage Collection” tone wheel expansion.
