NetXposure announced that version 3.0 of its digital asset management solution Hexafoo, which was originally introduced at Macworld Conference & Expo San Francisco in January, is now available. The upgrade adds four new features: version tracking, the ability to lock an asset while its in use and unlock it when it’s “checked in” to the system, filters that can automatically perform certain tasks to specific file types, batch tasking and PDF proofing. Pricing is US$4,995, although NetXposure doesn’t list an upgrade price on its Web site. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3, a G4 running at 400MHz, 512MB RAM and Java 1.4.
