Montage Technologies Inc. on Thursday released FileScope 1.0, a utility for system administrators to view server log files remotely. FileScope saves users from having to manually connect to the server using secure shell (SSH). Instead, it wraps the same functionality that connects to a remote text, log or status file with a one-click interface. FileScope costs US$14.99 to register.
