Managing Editor Inc. (MEI) announced on Friday an update to its MultiBox XTension that adds compatibility with QuarkXPress 6.0 as well as the release of MultiBox Plug-In for Adobe InDesign CS. Both products offer the same ability to automate the creation of complex boxed ads with multiple graphic and text elements and are designed for use with MEI’s Page Director Ad Layout System, Classified Layout System or Directory Layout System. Existing MultiBox XTension users can upgrade for a fee but will need to contact the company for details, as should new customers who wish to purchase either product.
