DataViz has released MacLinkPlus 15, the latest version of the company’s utility for opening, printing and converting files created with Windows applications. The upgrade adds the ability to extract text from PDF files, decompression support for Stuffit X and the ability to convert word processing and PDF files to text and export them to an iPod or iPod mini. In addition, MacLinkPlus 15 features a new graphic translator for Photoshop and improvements to the Word 2004, Excel 2004 and graphics file translators. It’s US$39.99 as an upgrade, $79.99 new, and system requirements call for Mac OS X v10.2.
