Following a public debut of its still-in-development conversion of Ford Racing 2 at Apple Expo in Paris earlier this month, game publisher
announced Friday that it is now accepting pre-orders for the game. It’s also launched a new
to provide interested parties with details about the game, and Feral promises that a demo version of Ford Racing 2 will be released in one week’s time.
Ford Racing 2 was published for PC and consoles by Empire Interactive and developed by Razorworks, with whom Feral previously collaborated to bring Total Immersion Racing to the Macintosh. The Macintosh conversion is being done by Zonic. The game features the ability to race in Ford vehicles past, present and future ranging from a ’49 Coupe to an F150 pickup to the latest concept vehicles. The game includes eight different play modes, multiple tracks in different geographical locations and more. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.2 or higher, G3/700MHz or faster, 256MB RAM, 3D graphics card with at least 32MB VRAM, DVD drive and 250MB hard disk space.
