Digital music subscription service, eMusic, will soon be back in business with a different focus. The new service, slated to relaunch on Wednesday, will concentrate on music released by independent labels. Like the previous incarnation of eMusic, downloads will be available in unprotected MP3 format — allowing the files to be played on all digital music players.
Subscriptions are priced at monthly rates of 40 downloads for $10, 65 songs for $15, and 90 songs for $20. For more details, see this c|net article.
