aMac Digital Radiography has announced the 2.0 release of its eponymous dental software. aMac 2.0 is a Mac-based digital x-ray system that includes software and an intraoral camera — it’s used to track both x-rays and the work that dentists do on their patients.
The new 2.0 version of aMac adds the Voice Command System, which enables dentists to position their patient and tell the system aloud which pictures are being taken for instant categorization. Other new features include a size two sensor, streaming video using the Oracam intraoral camera on the main screen, a notes section in each view, improved performance and more.
