German developer Native Instruments has updated its Electronic Instruments 1, a collection that contains the drum machine Rhythmaker, the lead synthesizer Titan, the bass synthesizer Grobian, the pad synthesizer Atmotion, the envelope-controlled multi-effects unit EnFX, the dub delay Longflow and the filter bank Anima. The instruments feature “various enhancements,” according to the company, and the set has been optimized for use with Native Instruments’ modular sound studio Reaktor 4 as well as Reaktor Session, which can access any instrument created with Reaktor. Pricing is €69 (US$69) and versions of Reaktor and Reaktor Session earlier than 4.1.3 or 1.1.3, respectively, are not supported.
