Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak joined 10 other inductees at the Consumer Electronics Association’s (CEA) Hall of Fame awards dinner, held last week in San Francisco, Calif.
“As one of the honored, I was in incredible company of people changing lives in positive ways. One of my fellow inductees, Jerry Kalov said ‘we build fun devices.’ My goal in life has been to build the fun, often found in other consumer electronics devices, into computers,” said Wozniak.
Wozniak was honored alongside Sony Corp.’s Norio Ohgo, loudspeaker designer Paul Klipsch, Pioneer founder Ken Kai, cell phone system architecture designers Joel Engel and Richard Frankel and others. A complete list of this year’s inductees is available from the CEA Web site.
