Lynnwood, Wash., West Des Moines, Iowa and Syracuse, New York welcome new Apple Stores to their areas next week — Apple plans to open the Alderwood Mall location in Lynnwood on Thursday, November 4, 2004. The Jordan Creek and Carousel locations in West Des Moines and Syracuse, respectively, are both set to open on Saturday, November 6th.
The Alderwood Mall and Jordan Creek stores are both regular Apple Stores, complete with ongoing presentations and workshops held in their theater areas, while the Carousel location is a mini-store, featuring a Genius Bar and a limited selection of Apple hardware including iMacs, iPods, PowerBooks and iBooks, and Mac-compatible software and accessories. The first 1,000 people to visit the Alderwood and Jordan Creek stores can get commemorative t-shirts; the first 500 people to visit the Carousel store can get one too.
