Macron Software on Monday released the final version of ABDialer 2, an updated version of the software phone dialer for Mac OS X’s Address Book application. With ABDialer installed, you can use your Mac to dial calls with Bluetooth phones, through the Mac’s modem port, or even through the Mac’s speaker. Improvements in this release include a new interface, a global menu, dial scheduling with iCal and Short Message Service (SMS) support through iChat and AIM. ABDialer is US$12 shareware. A 30-day trial version is available for download.
