Wilmington, Mass.-based International Typeface Corp. (ITC) on Tuesday introduced 37 fonts from its ITC Astro, ITC Tyke, ITC Resavska and ITC Anna families. The fonts are available for purchase and download from ITCFonts.com. ITC Astro is evocative of the cartoon series “The Jetsons,” while ITC Tyke shows a “chubby but versatile” design inspired by Cooper Black. ITC Resavska was designed to be readable at small sizes, and ITC Anna features an Art Deco flourish. Prices range from US$29 to $39.95 for individual typefaces, or together in volumes from $72 to $199. The new fonts have been produced in PostScript and TrueType formats; ITC Astro is also available in OpenType. All fonts include a license for up to five computers and one printer.
