Contour Design has released the Showcase Photo, a hard case designed for the iPod photo. It offers a clear, scratch-resistant plastic front overlay that protects the screen while allowing access to the click wheel. The back features a detachable belt clip while the top and bottom are open so that you can plug in your headphones, docking cable and other items, as well as click the hold switch. The inside is lined with shock-absorbing rubber cushions that hold the iPod in place. Showcase Photo comes in black or white and sells for US$32.95. Contour will shop the white version during the second week of December and the black one in early January.
