Script Software has released an update to
Copypaste, its utility that provides a more robust clipboard than the one found in Mac OS X. The new version adds yType, a feature that corrects frequently misspelled words on the fly, learns words as you type and autocompletes them, allows you to create specialized dictionaries for such fields as medicine or programming, provides an inline calculator that gives answers to equations as you type them, uses its Type Logger function to remember everything you type in case your Mac crashes or the power goes out and allows you to assign mnemonics to boilerplate text so that you can quickly recall it. This is a free upgrade for existing users; the price of the full version is US$30. Mac OS X v10.3 is required.
