App4Mac Software — the newly renamed merger of appmac software and adnx software — on Tuesday announced plans to introduce
xTime Project 3, a new version of its project management software for Mac OS X. The company will officially roll out the new release at next week’s Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, Calif.
The new version of xTime Project features a new engine with better performance, new user interface, multiple project management support, new views to help better manage resource conflicts, better support of documents imported from and exported to Microsoft Project, better Extensible Markup Language (XML) support, the ability to publish to .Mac accounts, and more. XTime Project 3 requires Mac OS X v10.2.6 or later and costs US$129. It’s a free upgrade for users of xTime 2.
