Alf Watt has released a new version of iStumbler, the Mac OS X utility that helps you find wireless networks and Bluetooth devices. iStumbler release 90 adds the mDNS plug-in, which lets you browse published services on the local network and connect to them. The Bluetooth plug-in enables “Pair” and “Browse” features. And preferences have been updated for all plug-ins. iStumbler is offered for free as an open source tool, but users can buy “subscriptions” for $1 per release to help spur further development.
