Babel Company on Tuesday released Impression 2.7, the latest version of the developer’s backup software. This free update for current users features a reworked user interface, the ability to disable file segmentation in file copy mode, an auto-burn option for unattended backups to optical media, a new bookmark editor and more. The full software is US$25, but it will go up to $50 on April 1. Mac OS X v10.3.x is required, but Impression 2.61 is still available for those using v10.2.
