Pacific Rim Technologies has announced the Gel Shield, a new silicone case for Apple’s iPod shuffle. The Gel Shield is expected to ship on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 in five colors: Lime, Charcoal, Juicy Pink, Sky Blue and White. A matching cap protector to cover the iPod shuffle’s USB 2.0 connector is included. Users can choose from a single shield for $10.99 or can order a three-pack in any color combination they want for $24.99.
