IDG World Expo on Wednesday announced an expanded schedule and topics for the workshops planned for its upcoming Bio-IT World Conference + Expo, returning to Boston from May 17 – 19, 2005 at the Hynes Convention Center. The event is expected to draw life sciences professionals, academics, government employees and others — an exhibit hall area will include vendors of software and hardware products catering to life sciences including Apple.
The expanded workshop itinerary for Bio-IT World Conference + Expo includes more in-depth technical training for life sciences professionals. There are eight workshops held throughout the event, including eClinical Trials: Planning and Implementation, Enterprise Information Management for BioPharma, Predictive Modeling in Drug Discovery, Integrating Toxicogenomic Databases into Drug Development, Integrating Visualization with Data Mining for Discovery, Text Mining, Science-Drive Enterprise Grids: Addressing Application, Compute and Data Requirements and Pharmacogenomics and R&D Transformation.
