DVForge Inc. on Thursday announced that it is shipping three new products: The Clips, a series of three clip-on mounts for Apple’s iPod shuffle; JamPod, a device for iPod-toting musicians; and JamPlug FM, an FM transmitter for guitars.
The Clips offer iPod shuffle users an alternative to the lanyard Apple includes with the MP3 player. They cost US$14.99 for the collection of three. The JamPod plugs into the top of any Dock Connector-equipped iPod or iPod mini and lets you play an electric guitar or bass guitar as you mix the music from your iPod. It costs $29.99. JamPlug FM plugs into an electric guitar or bass guitar and lets you use any FM stereo radio as an amplifier. It costs $49.99.
