Apple on Monday released Xsan Update 1.0.1, an update to its Storage Area Network (SAN) file system for Mac OS X. The new update is ready for download from Apple’s Web site now, and is recommended for all Xsan systems, according to Apple.

System requirements for Xsan 1.0.1 call for any hardware supported by Xsan, Xsan 1.0, and Mac OS X v10.3.9 or Mac OS X Server v10.3.9.
