FontDoctor 7 ($70) Morrison Software’s utility repairs corrupt fonts, organizes them into neat folders, and converts Windows fonts into Mac fonts, and vice versa ( , see the review of version 6, June 2004 ).
Font Reserve 3.1.3 ($100). Extensis, publisher of Suitcase, also owns its former rival, Font Reserve. This program holds your fonts in a kind of vault, which protects the originals against corruption and uses copies of the fonts when you need them. It also fixes corrupt fonts ( ; February 2003.)

Missing printer fonts and non-matching font duplicates that can alter your output are automatically detected.
