Apple and its ad agency, TBWAChiatDay Los Angeles, have
won a Grand EFFIE
for its work with Apple on the iPod “Silhouettes” advertising campaign. The awards were given out at the New York American Marketing Association’s EFFIE awards on June 7th.
The annual award is given in recognition of the year’s most effective advertising campaigns. Instituted in 1968, the EFFIE recognizes “creative achievement in meeting and exceeding advertising objectives.”
TBWAChiatDay’s Grand EFFIE accompanied six other EFFIE awards the agency received, including a separate gold EFFIE for the iPod campaign.
