Apple has released WebObjects 5.3 Update for Mac OS X Server 10.4. The 26MB update is available for download from Apple’s Web site, and it updates the Application Server components in Mac OS X Server 10.4 to WebObjects 5.3.
WebObjects is Apple’s Web services development environment. It enables users to develop or use Web services based on industry standards without having to write low-level code, using visual tools instead. WebObjects is interoperable with Java, AppleScript, Perl and .Net technologies. It can also be used to rapidly generate database applications that have HTML, XML, SMIL or Swing interfaces.
