Native Instruments on Monday announced the release of a demo version of Reaktor 5 and a tutorial DVD focused on the company’s Absynth 3 application. Reaktor is a modular sound design studio that fuses synthesis, sampling and effects. The demo version contains 21 ensembles from the full version of REAKTOR 5 as well as an assortment of instruments, macros and Core Cells.
The Absynth DVD contains workshops that give a systematic and detailed insight into the features and capabilities of the latest ABSYNTH version, with more than 4 hours of video material. The tutorial is broken down into numerous chapters and segments that allow for quick and convenient access to individual topics of interest. The DVD also comes with sound examples that illustrate each topic as well as a selection of ABSYNTH 3 sound presets specifically designed to complement the tutorial. The DVD costs US$59.
