Apple’s Vice President of Applications, Eddie Cue, is among the executives expected to make keynote addresses at this year’s 17th annual
Popkomm Congress, a business conference dedicated to the music and entertainment market. The event takes place from September 14 – 16, 2005 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds in Berlin, Germany.
Others expected to speak include executives from Yahoo!, cell phone maker Nokia, MP3 developer Fraunhofer Institut, MTV and DJ Bobo.
According to Popkomm’s promoters, Eddie Cue is expected to “speak about the many ways to earn money with digital recordings.” Cue’s responsibilities include marketing the iTunes Music Store, currently the most successful legitimate online music download service available.
